Engage the Spring Loaded Pins - they will automatically engage as the retracted legs slide out.

Raise the PMT™ with the forklift
NB. make sure that the forklift is correctly
aligned to the PMT™ and balanced before lifting
the PMT™ off the ground.
Four loud “clucks” will be heard when they are engaged and locked in the required position.
Visually check that the bolts are visible in the leg holes.

once locked.

With legs extended, lift the PMT™ onto the truck bed and
align with the Trailers Twist Locks.

Ensure all Trailer Twist Locks are in position and locked.
Load Break Bulk onto truck bed.

Attach Cross Brace Straps to the lugs on both sides of the PMT™ base once the Break Bulk
has been loaded onto the trailer.

Remove all the Break Bulk first, then remove PMT™ with the legs in the extended position from the
trailer after disengaging the Trailer Twist Locks. Make sure the forklift is aligned with the channels on the PMT™.

Disengage the Spring Loaded Pins on all four legs, it may be needed to maneuver and take the weight off the PMT™ legs so that the Spring Loaded Pins can retract and inturn
allow the legs to retract into the PMT™.

Engage PMT™ Leg Twist Locks
(on all four legs).

Forklift up empty PMT™ to height
of trailer bed.
Engage PMT™ Trailer Twist Locks
(on all four legs).

Operating Instruction
for Ladder
With PMT™ in lowered position on the trailer, put the safety harness on making sure it is fitted correctly.
The straps should fit snuggly
and allow the shoulder straps
to remain taut but ensure a full range of motion.
Clip the safety harness onto
the railing at the top of the PMT™ and climb up ladder safely.

Operating Instructions
to Erect Railing
Only fill PMT™ in the lowered position on trailer.
Lift railing into position from right to left. Insert safety pin.
Make use of non slip walkway across the tank and up to the manhole to avoid slipping.
